Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team at Pendo. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition and nurturing across the EMEA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and nurturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and targeting.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Support the success of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team by delivering a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B demand generation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a US-based team.
- Experience with building out multi-channel programs and processes.
- Experience working in partnership with enterprise sales leaders.
- Understanding of demand and pipeline generation best practices, new trends, and technology.
- Data-driven approach to program development and optimization.
- Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience.
