  • Oversee the delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns, including email, social, content, advertising, and events
  • Manage the demand generation budget and team
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform future improvements
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaign success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in demand generation, with a strong track record of success
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on driving results
  • Expertise in marketing automation, content marketing, email, social media, and other digital marketing channels
  • Experience with lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion, as well as marketing automation tools
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with a strong understanding of the customer journey
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and oversee budgets
  • B2B marketing experience, with a preference for financial services or energy
