About the Role

This role involves developing a high-fidelity simulation of our 'as deployed' or 'as designed' systems and control loops, using spatio-temporal models of supply and demand.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure alignment in capacity planning and capacity fulfillment, providing consistent inputs to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional forecasting team, driving continuous forecasting and ensuring delivery of allocation results for business planning.
  • Develop and manage the team, aligning their career paths with the company's vision and values.
  • Support capacity procurements, including make-or-buy decisions and planning.

We offer a competitive salary of $155,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including medical, financial, and other perks.
