**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Parenting Capacity Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead parenting programmes and deliver direct support to children, young people, and families.

You will work closely with other agencies to create care plans that ensure the best outcomes for the families you support. To excel in this role, you should have experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with parents, children, and professionals to create care plans that ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Lead parenting programmes and deliver direct support to children, young people, and families.
