Job Title: Data Centre Capacity Delivery Lead

About the Role:
    We are seeking a seasoned programme manager to lead our data centre capacity delivery initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from strategy to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines
    * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
    * Develop and implement project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    * Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
    * 7+ years of experience in programme management, preferably in the technology industry
    * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
    * Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
    * Experience with multiple project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
    * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data centre infrastructure
    * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
