PRS, a specialist data centre organisation, seeks an experienced technical services / engineering manager to join their team. Based in East Sussex, the role involves key account management of a portfolio of data centre customers in the South East and national coverage.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering technical M&E / HVAC services within a critical environment in a contracts or engineering manager capacity. They should be fully qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering and possess training such as HV/LV authorisation, PRINCE Project Management, ILM, IOSH/NEBOSH, or data centre specific courses like CDCTP accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that critical facilities within the Data Centres are operating to a high standard
  • Experience in HV Distribution, ideally AP/SAP standard
  • Undertake root cause analysis / post problem review of any technical faults
  • Carry out scenario / best drill training with engineering staff
  • Act as client interface to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of technical systems and processes
Requirements

Candidates will require a guideline salary of up to £65,000 basic salary, along with a car allowance, healthcare, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
