Demand Forecast and Capacity Manager

- Develop and manage a high-fidelity simulation of 'as deployed' or 'as designed' systems & control loops using spatio-temporal models of supply & demand and tie them with associated financial metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop customer inputs for demand forecasting and help drive customer strategy (e.g., yield, where/who/what to sell).
- Engage with operations (Kengi team) to ensure alignment in capacity planning and capacity fulfillment.
- Support capacity procurements (make or buy decisions & planning) and develop and manage a team at a personal level to match their career paths/ambitions.
- Lead a cross-functional forecasting team using these tools to develop the company's capacity strategy.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- A track record of managing complex technical projects.
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and distill complex situations into smaller sub-tasks.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for cash or stock incentives, as well as a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
