Parental Care Specialist

Arch Resourcing Ltd is a leading provider of family-based support services, and we are currently seeking a Parental Care Specialist to join our team in Ilford, Essex.
In this role, you will work closely with families to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans to promote positive outcomes. This may involve providing one-to-one support, group work, and advocating on behalf of families to ensure they receive the best possible care.
The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent, as well as experience working with families and providing parental skill improvement. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with parents, children, and other professionals.
