We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Parent Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with parents who have experienced challenging circumstances, such as neglect, domestic violence, mental illness, and substance use.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support these families in breaking cycles of abuse. This includes working directly with parents to provide emotional support, guidance, and resources to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to support vulnerable families
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to parents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in family services or social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
