Senior Capacity Planning Lead

About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Senior Capacity Planning Lead to join our TAP Capacity and Cost Management (C2M) team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for optimizing capacity planning and resource utilization for the TAP program.
The successful candidate will have experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology, with a strong focus on capacity planning and linehaul (LH) management.
You will work closely with Surface Transportation (ST) teams to enhance efficiency and drive cost-effective solutions for our customers, as well as collaborate with NA TOMY product and services teams and global Tech teams to align planning systems and ensure smooth integration of TAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, visualize, and build TAP C2M product Suite.
- Capacity Planning Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize capacity planning and resource utilization for the TAP program.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Surface Transportation (ST) teams to enhance efficiency and drive cost-effective solutions for our customers.
- Product Roadmap Development: Define product roadmaps for capacity planning and LH tools, prioritizing features that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Program Operations, Site Operations, HR, and Training to gather requirements and ensure products meet user needs and align with business objectives.
