About the Role
As an expert in logistics capacity planning, you will support the long-term strategy and plan for Amazon's DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Program. Your responsibilities will include creating transparent processes, developing scalable infrastructure, and streamlining capacity planning workflows. You will implement metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the organization's capacity planning capabilities. This strategic role will transform the DSP planning function to support long-term growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust capacity planning process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvements
- Analyze data to inform capacity planning decisions
- Implement metrics to measure and improve performance

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in logistics or supply chain management. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. As a key member of the Amazon Logistics team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex problems and contribute to the company's mission to exceed customer expectations. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
