At Luton Bennett, we're seeking a skilled Logistics Planning Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about optimizing transportation routes and managing fleet operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting transport assessments and creating transport statements that meet client requirements. They will also work with ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG to assess junction capacity, prepare travel plans, and coordinate logistics. In addition, they will liaise with clients, contractors, and national authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000, which includes a range of benefits such as 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, annual bonus, profit share bonus, and healthcare cash plan. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in a similar position and a degree (or equivalent) in transport planning, geography, civil engineering, or a related field. We also require that you hold chartership or have an interest in pursuing this. Don't worry if you don't have it yet – we can provide support towards achieving chartership.
