About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon as a Capacity Planning Strategist, focusing on developing scalable infrastructure and streamlining workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve existing manual processes by automating them to increase scalability.
  • Support capacity planning reviews with senior operations leaders using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive standards in capacity planning and management.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering realistic and attainable capacity plans that support the DSP experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to identify insights and assess performance drivers.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $140,000 and $180,000, depending on location and experience.
