SEN Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team at Tempest Resourcing Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist setting for students with complex and profound learning needs.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, although training will be provided. Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to respond quickly to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to support children with severe and complex needs, including physical, emotional, and learning disabilities.
- Provide personal care tasks as required, such as feeding, changing, and mobility assistance.
About You:
- A minimum of £35,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience.
- The ability to adapt quickly and respond to individual needs in a flexible and proactive manner.
