About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of SEN students, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.\
  • They will also develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff members and external specialists.\
  • A strong understanding of SEN best practices and current educational frameworks is essential for this role.\
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £46,525 per annum, depending on experience.\
  • This is a permanent position, offering a range of benefits including pension contributions, CPD opportunities, and social events.\
