Academics SEN Support Professional

We are Tempest Resourcing Limited, a leading provider of education services. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Academics SEN Support Professional to join our team.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities. As a SEN Support Professional, you will provide individualized support to students in the classroom, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met throughout the school day.
- You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals to create a tailored support plan for each student.
- Assist students with severe and complex medical needs, working alongside healthcare professionals to administer medication and follow care plans.
- Support students in classroom activities, ensuring accessibility and inclusion in lessons.
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Previous experience working with children or young adults with SEN is essential.
- An updated child & adult enhanced DBS is mandatory.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
