At Biscuit Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Partner to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global mission by streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. You will possess exceptional communication skills, fluent in both French and English, and strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage calendars for co-founders and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Organise and manage travel plans, from booking flights and hotels to ensuring smooth logistics
  • Process expense reports and invoices accurately and on time
  • Oversee office operations, including onboarding new hires, coordinating office moves, and organising events
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Support special projects and adapt to ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Take the lead in arranging off-site team gatherings and strategic meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both French and English - essential
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience or a strong interest in emerging markets is a plus
  • A proactive mindset, ready to handle diverse challenges, even outside traditional office hours when necessary
  • Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism
