This is a key commercial finance role within the NSC Global group, providing critical support to the largest business units and regional sales teams. The role is responsible for partnering with senior business managers to ensure accurate financial forecasts and commercial evaluations of sales opportunities.


The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, with a proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues. They will be expected to work closely with the Financial Accounting teams to ensure accurate results, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the accuracy of financial information.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Partner with senior business managers to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and commercial evaluations of sales opportunities.
  • Provide financial control and oversight of ongoing projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance business unit performance.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Accounting teams to ensure accurate results, correcting errors and implementing process improvements.
  • Continually identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy of financial information.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial finance or business analyst role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business managers and non-financial colleagues.
  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
