Global Recruitment Business Partner

Oakleaf Partnership is currently partnering with a global philanthropic organisation to recruit a Global Recruitment Business Partner. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the recruitment field.
The Global Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring the organisation attracts and recruits the best talent internationally by providing an exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process. This includes developing and maintaining effective recruitment policies, processes, and systems to support the delivery of high-quality candidates.
The successful candidate will lead on ensuring best-in-class recruitment practices, induction, and onboarding processes are implemented across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Attraction and Candidate Experience (40%)
- Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure all applicants have a positive experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and create tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HRBPs globally to provide a full recruitment service, including salary and benefits research for new locations.
- Ensure all employees involved in the recruitment process receive training and support to excel in shortlisting, interviewing, and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of the Human Resources strategy and annual plan, creating a 12-month recruitment calendar that ensures adequate resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, managing supplier lists to secure cost-effective agreements.
- Design, deliver, and maintain an exceptional Induction and Onboarding process, ensuring all new starters feel supported and set up for success.
- Ensure employment offers comply with local legal requirements, including visa regulations and right-to-work checks.
- Manage offer letters and contracts of employment directly or through the HR & Payroll Partner.
We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality recruitment services at all levels, including senior Director roles. International experience of developing an employer brand and attracting top talent in new locations is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong working relationships, and a deep understanding of EDI principles.
