About the Job

As a key member of our EU Ops team, you will be responsible for providing compensation consultation to Retail and Technology business lines and activities, designing, developing, implementing, and measuring results of compensation policies and programs with compliance understanding.

Key Accountabilities
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness, and trend purposes (using Excel and other tools available).
  • Identify, select, and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive market position for each in-country location.
Desired Skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Demonstrated mastery regarding rewards management issues (e.g., surveys, job/market pricing, salary range development).

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
