Job Title: Global Payments Solutions Manager

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed on domestic and international payment system rules and regulations, offering expert insights.
  • Foster key aspects of governance and documentation, ensuring timely adherence to regulatory or scheme deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations by monitoring regulatory change and emerging risk from regulatory sources, proactively communicating key developments to internal stakeholders and supporting the implementation of regulatory change.
  • Administration and compliance, and change management, including structured dialogue with stakeholders.
  • Oversee regulatory oversight and approval for new programs, providing expert advice to stakeholders and supporting strategy design with regulatory input.
  • Deliver and/or implement system changes resulting from strategic developments, regulations, or government initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on payment infrastructure delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrate first-hand knowledge of major payment systems, standards and networks commonly used in EMEA region such as SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, CHAPS, SIC, etc.
  • Utilize strong organisational skills, ideally obtained in project leadership or project management roles.
  • Collaborate effectively with Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
