We are seeking a skilled Calibration and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bolton. This 12-month contract presents an excellent opportunity to work on various projects and develop your skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for calibrating COTS equipment and conducting Electrical Safety Checks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out calibration of COTS equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of calibration tests and updating databases
  • Providing assistance to skilled operators during the calibration of test equipment
  • Conducting electrical safety inspections
  • Completing and reviewing all documentation related to tasks and procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to established procedures

The ideal candidate should have a BTEC Level 3 in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent and relevant experience in calibration and maintenance. Manual handling training and ESD training are mandatory.

The hourly rate for this position is £23.91, reflecting the high level of skill and expertise required.
