Job Role Overview

The Master Data Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to manage master data, as well as providing training and support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's master data requirements and processes.
  • Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on master data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure master data is aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track master data quality and performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve master data management processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in master data management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Organized and versatile with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Arena PLM, GS1, SAP, MAD, and MDG.
  • Solid understanding and experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Experience tracking and analyzing data.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Lead Internal Auditing experience.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001, RoHS, or REACH.
