Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain data management strategies, standards, and policies to ensure high-quality master data.
  • Collaborate with various business units to define data processes and work closely with IT to implement master data solutions.
  • Manage a team of data analysts to ensure timely and accurate master data maintenance.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data in SAP.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions to ensure data compliance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data.
  • Monitor and manage data-related issues, analyze and report on master data metrics on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Experience in data operations management and driving process efficiency and data quality/standards.
  • Previous experience with PLM, SAP, and/or other central data systems is desirable.
  • Ability to motivate, support, and guide direct reports to ensure they are fully engaged and productive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business.
  • Ability to manage large sets of data, identify and fix errors, and quickly manipulate data to prepare reports as needed.
