About the Role

Burberry is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of our master data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management strategies, standards, and policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data.
  • Monitor and manage data-related issues, analyze and report on master data metrics on a regular basis.
  • Lead and participate in master data management projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, change requests, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and standards to ensure they are always up to date.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a data operations management role and driving process efficiency and data quality/standards.
  • Previous experience with PLM, SAP, and/or other central data systems is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business.
