HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our close-knit team at Churchill Living Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in delivering HR support and administration to Managers and Colleagues across the Company.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to Managers and Colleagues on Employee Relations and people matters.
- Ensure all probationary reviews and 121's are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing advice to Managers to support this.
- Support the recruitment team and Managers with interviewing and assessments.
- Conduct exit interviews, providing analysis of trends.
- Conduct new starter surveys to ensure our new Colleagues are receiving an effective induction to the Company.
- Collate MI information from our internal HR system and provide data, highlighting themes identified.
- Prepare key HR data/metrics, including staff retention, diversity data, absence, best company data, and other reporting as required.
- Review and draft policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose and support our commitment to equality and diversity.
- Continuously review our HR processes to ensure each process is working effectively and efficiently.
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with knowledge of Employee Relations, Employment Law, HR Systems, and Processes. Ideally, you will hold a CIPD Level 5 certificate (or equivalent) or be studying towards your qualification.
You will be an effective communicator, both in person and on the telephone, with professional verbal and written skills. You will be resourceful, approachable, diligent, and solutions-oriented. In addition, you will have proven experience in using the MS Office suite and HR systems, and demonstrate an organized and methodical approach in a fast-paced environment.
