Rental Operations Coordinator

The Role: Panavision is seeking a motivated and reliable Rental Operations Assistant to play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Advising and processing rental and sales orders across various interactions, exceeding expectations and driving sales targets.
- Understanding our diverse range of camera and lighting equipment within our inventory.
- Confidently discussing features and benefits of our equipment, suggesting alternative solutions to optimise client projects and maximise equipment utilisation.
- Strategically sourcing equipment from external suppliers when needed, negotiating best prices and ensuring timely deliveries and returns.
- Clearly and effectively communicating with clients and colleagues, building positive relationships and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
- Actively participating in training sessions, reading manuals, and staying informed about industry trends to enhance expertise and remain at the forefront of equipment knowledge.
- Providing on-hand support for the operations department, including equipment prep & deliveries in company vehicles when necessary.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Demonstratable experience in a similar role, preferably within photography/moving image.
- An interest and understanding of photographic principles, photography or image making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisation.
- Strong initiative and a keen eye for detail.
- A valid driver's license for occasional transportation of equipment is essential.
