Celestar is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Coordinator to join our team

About the Role:

The Senior Business Process Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and supporting business processes and workflows, developing and implementing process improvements, and determining areas of risk and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and support business processes and workflows
  • Develop and implement process improvements through analysis and benchmarking
  • Determine areas of risk and improvement through metrics and analysis
  • Perform record keeping functions and develop branch SOP's and TTP's
  • Provide ad hoc and recurring support for business process mapping, performance measures, and process improvement analysis

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant analysis experience, with some experience within the last 2 years
