Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to manage sales activities, including order processing, pricing, and quotations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and generate insightful sales reports.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, such as presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Communication: Liaise with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing existing client relationships and follow-ups.
