Professional Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Professional Sales Executive to join our successful team at P&S Personnel. This role will involve working predominantly with permanent placements within the Manufacturing / Engineering industry, but the right candidate must have the ability to adapt to other industries and temporary placements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and growth of the division through new business sales, including:
- Implementing and developing strategies to win new business.
- Securing and developing existing business, including negotiating Terms.
- Increasing the client base through networking.
- Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, their work culture, and environment.
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that levels of satisfaction amongst all clients are exceeded.
- Candidate resourcing and management.
- Speaking with candidates to generate business leads.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and motivated individual who is not afraid of hard work, with the ability and drive to exceed sales targets. They will also possess effective time management, planning and organisational skills, high personal standards and expectations, and a professional appearance and conduct.
