About the Role

Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd is seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to students with Autism. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about special education and has experience working with children with Autism. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver tailored lessons and activities for students with Autism.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students engage with the curriculum.
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students' learning goals.
  • Use strategies such as visual aids, sensory tools, and alternative communication methods.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. Experience working with children with Autism is preferred, but not required.
