Job Title: Portfolio Revenue Opportunity Manager

As a Portfolio Revenue Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for online channels, managing all hotel distribution channels to maximize revenue, and monitoring property performance to ensure robust room-type management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for online channels
  • Manage all hotel distribution channels to maximize revenue
  • Monitor property performance and ensure robust room-type management
  • Identify new Revenue Management tools and opportunities
  • Take ownership of topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Provide market insights, data analysis, and trend identification
  • Drive a shift from OTA channels to direct bookings

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Management Experience
  • Experience with the London 4* market
  • Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus
  • Strong RMS knowledge: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus)
  • Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
  • Understanding of the 3* hotel market
