About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of caring for older people and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care.
