Job Description:

">Vital Role in Supporting Individuals">

You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various hobbies and interests, including arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, shopping, watching sports, and socialising with family and friends.

You will also be helping them explore employment opportunities and furthering their independent living.

What We Look For:

  • Previous experience working with adults with learning disability and/or autism is an advantage">
  • A Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care or similar would be beneficial">
  • We value individuals with a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays">
