The Job
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Wimborne, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with individuals to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to support them in achieving their goals. You will also assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement, enhanced maternity pay, occupational sick pay, funded Blue Light discount package, access to Employee Assistance Programme, comprehensive induction, and excellent training and development opportunities.
