About This Role
This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide quality care and support to older adults in our care homes. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will assist with daily living, offer companionship, and share memorable moments with our residents. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Bank Care Assistant will include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident receives one-to-one time. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Requirements
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need experience caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to have current UK professional registration.
