Care Support Worker

At Candlelight Care, we are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals to join our dedicated and friendly team. The successful candidate will be supporting vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes within Wimborne and surrounding areas.

We currently have opportunities for both full and part-time Care and Support Workers with various shift patterns available, including 7am - 2pm and/or 4pm up to 10pm shifts. Alternate weekend commitments are also required.

The Key Responsibilities of a Care Support Worker include getting to know clients and their interests and needs, providing emotional and practical support, assisting with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's requirements.

You will also be assisting with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment where necessary, as well as reporting significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.

We believe in encouraging independence while protecting and safeguarding our clients' wellbeing.

As a Care and Support Worker, you can expect a competitive salary of £12 per hour plus paid travel time and mileage.
