Care Assistants are the backbone of our care services, supporting clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting them with their medication. You will also assist with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
We don't require any social care experience for this role, but we do need people who are compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. If you have these qualities and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, then we want to hear from you.

In terms of salary, you can expect to earn around £12.90 per hour on weekdays and £13.90 per hour on weekends, plus 45p mileage. This makes for a competitive total annual salary of approximately £26,340, assuming a 40-hour working week and 52 weeks per year.
