We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional.

Job DescriptionYour main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Assisting with household chores and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Encouraging and facilitating participation in activities and hobbies
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care or similar
- Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism (although not essential, it would be beneficial)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
