Care Assistant Supervisor

As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. This involves supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews. You will also be expected to maintain the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
About YouSalary Estimate: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience and location.
You should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Additionally, you must demonstrate knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, committed to providing individualised care, and have the ability to work collaboratively with others.
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training and professional development. Many of our staff progress into senior roles, such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
