Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Supporting individuals to develop independent living skills
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
