Lincoln, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom Lincolnshire County Council Full time
About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload and working in a person-centered approach to deliver high-quality support services. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

We are committed to empowering individuals to reach their goals and aspirations, whether that involves employment, community access, or independent living. Our dedicated team takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and we strive to create a supportive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered.

A critical aspect of this role is travel to appointments, which may involve out-of-county visits. To meet the needs of our service users, flexibility and responsiveness are essential. As such, reliable personal transportation is required. Work mileage claims are paid for travel from the office to appointments, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.

Work Arrangements

We offer a mix of home-based and office working arrangements, catering to the diverse needs of our team members. While core office hours are 08:45–17:15 (Monday–Thursday) and 08:45–16:45 (Friday), we recognize the importance of flexibility. Hybrid working will be implemented, allowing you to strike a balance between work and personal life.

We utilize advanced technology platforms and equipment to facilitate remote collaboration and connection. To ensure seamless connectivity, we require good internet access. If needed, we can discuss potential support during the recruitment process.

Our Offer

We value our employees' contributions and well-being, offering a comprehensive package of benefits. This includes a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum), a generous pension scheme, reimbursement for professional registration fees, career progression opportunities, and an annual leave entitlement.

As part of our commitment to staff development, we provide regular 1-1 meetings, weekly team meetings, and training opportunities. Our rewards and benefits brochure offers more details on our comprehensive compensation package.

For those interested in advancing their careers, we provide Practice Educator/AMHP and management training where appropriate. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and success, enabling them to make meaningful contributions to our organization.
