About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality interventions to address co-occurring substance use and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading the implementation and delivery of interventions to address co-occurring substance use and mental health issues
  2. Enhancing quality of Recovery Planning and review, ensuring individual and group interventions are delivered to a high standard
  3. Providing clinical assessments to the highest standards of practice
  4. Working therapeutically with a small caseload of clients with complex needs, using a trauma-enhanced approach
  5. Exercising responsibility for the systematic governance of psycho-social practice
  6. Providing an advisory service on matters related to the practice and delivery of trauma-informed psycho-social and mental health interventions
  7. Supervision and performance management of team members, as operationally required
  8. Promoting and maintaining links with Primary and Secondary Mental Health services
  9. Contribution to continuously improving services, through evidence-based suggestions and constructive feedback
  10. Meeting agreed performance targets and outcomes
