We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves designing and building engaging email campaigns, creating automated customer journeys, and analyzing data from various platforms, including email, ticketing systems, CRM, social media, Google Analytics, and other tools. The successful candidate will also support wider communications projects and work collaboratively with web and social media teams.

About You

We are looking for a technically-minded individual with excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with databases, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in communications, membership, fundraising, ecommerce, or marketing is essential, along with the ability to write compelling content and prioritize tasks efficiently.

A competitive salary of £39,000 - £44,000 per annum is on offer, reflecting the complexity and responsibility of this role. Additional benefits include:
