Role Overview

OxOnArts is seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Officer to join its team in Oxford. As an Email Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and building engaging email campaigns that drive online visitor engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience with databases, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build engaging email campaigns using our CRM and email platforms
  • Analyze data to inform campaign strategy and improve performance
  • Collaborate with the wider communications team to support broader projects and initiatives

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
