About the Job

Digital Waffle is looking for a talented 1st Line Support Engineer to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be working closely with our clients to resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to clients.
  • Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems.
  • Installing and configuring new hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Mobile and desktop support experience.
  • Knowledge of printers, scanners, and general hardware configuration.
