We are seeking a Communications and Advocacy Officer to join our team at Windle Trust International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that showcase our impact and raise awareness of our work.

You will work closely with programme teams and external partners to create multimedia content, monitor sector trends to refine messaging, and maintain brand consistency across all external communications. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing supporter and alumni updates
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all external communications
  • Collaborating with programme teams and external providers to create multimedia content
  • Monitoring sector trends to refine messaging and maintain relevance

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension provision, annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the role
