About the Role

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our Case Management team.

The successful candidate will be HCPC or NMC registered, with a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing.

The salary for this position is £39-41k basic, with additional benefits including a car allowance and working from home allowance.

Newly qualified candidates can expect a starting salary around £39,000.

Key Requirements:
