Learning Support Assistant for Children with Autism

Are you an aspiring Educational Psychologist looking for a rewarding role as an Autism Support Assistant? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND? Ribbons and Reeves, a leading education recruitment agency in London, is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant for Children with Autism to join our team.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for pupils with SEN. You will receive ongoing training and support to help you achieve your goals and develop your skills.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children with SEN and have experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a supportive environment with a collaborative staff team. You will receive regular CPD sessions to aid your professional development and have opportunities for career progression.
We are offering a competitive salary of £90-£100 per day via PAYE, including holiday pay. This position is available immediately and will last until July 2025.
