Service Excellence Lead

As a Service Excellence Lead at AccorHotel, you will play a key role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience of our guests. Reporting to the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service standards in our restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and continuous feedback.
  • Communication: Be an effective communicator who adheres to both legal and statutory responsibilities and company policies and procedures.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have knowledge of the menu and all products.
  • Food Delivery: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
  • Table Setting: Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, and napkins.
  • Client Service: Explain the dishes to the clients with a knowledgeable and professional way.
  • Customer Feedback: Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water as needed.
  • Safety Standards: Responsible for serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils, ensuring food is served in accordance with safety standards.
  • Restaurant Operations: Inform restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests.
  • Concept Understanding: Understand and communicate the concept of the restaurant through the service of the dishes.
  • Sustainability: Commit to the best possible sustainable practices daily in terms of waste management and purchasing.
  • Adaptability: Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant than usually assigned.
